Nicki has helped start many businesses. He was a co-founder of TechSpan which was later merged with Headstrong. He helped set up businesses that focused on the Asset Management and Healthcare verticals. Prior to that, he was part of the founding team for HCL Deluxe, a joint venture focused on the financial services market. He was also part of the initial team that helped grow HCL America into what is now HCL Technologies.
He has played a wide variety of leadership roles in the U.S., Mexico, Europe and Asia and brings very strong business development and operational rigor to the table.
Mr. Mehra is a Harvard Business School AMP graduate and holds a business degree from Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi. He serves on the Board of ICC, a non-profit promoting Indian Culture, Community Service and Indian values.
