Sandeep Sahai is a business leader with a proven track record of identifying trends, creating a strong vision based on a differentiated market position and then focusing on relentless execution. Has built strong teams on a foundation of transparency, accountability and consequent reward.
Sandeep was the President and CEO of Headstrong. Under his leadership, Headstrong grew revenues organically and brought profitability to industry levels from a loss making start. He also architected a multi-year strategy that saw Headstrong evolve from a predominantly on-site consulting firm to a domain-led, globally distributed outsourcing leader in the financial markets.
Sandeep was a founder and partner of the consulting firm TechSpan that merged with Headstrong in 2003. Prior to Headstrong and TechSpan, he was the CEO of Virginia-based SkanSoft, and also served for 10 years with the HCL group. He has a long history of starting and growing companies in the US, Europe and India.
Sandeep has an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, an engineering degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Varanasi and he went to the Doon School at Dehradun.
